A Coren certified Civil Engineer (B.Eng.) and member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, his career is marked by a commitment to excellence, successfully delivering key projects like Palm Terraces, Grand Residences. and the current.
Akoji plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive management of all Gabadan’s developments, including the latest 5-storey luxury Apartment development situated in the heart of Amazon, Maitama. He leverages his extensive project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of this prestigious venture.
Akoji combines meticulous attention to detail with strategic thinking, a leadership style enhanced by his passion for mentoring & coaching, to ensure Gabadan’s developments consistently surpass expectations.
Oluwatobi Oke

Oluwatobi Oke is responsible for the design and supervision of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works for Gabadan’s developments. With over 15 years of experience, his work is defined by an unwavering commitment to integrity and quality.
He is a COREN Registered Engineer and a member of both the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and the IEEE. Tobi holds an M.Sc. in Information Technology and a B.Sc. in Electronic and Computer Engineering. He is a seasoned professional who brings with him a wealth of academic and practical expertise to every project.

Chidinma Lilian Azubuike brings a results-driven and savvy approach to her role as Legal & Commercial Associate. Called to the Nigerian Bar, she is a specialist who cuts through the complexity of real estate, property law, and compliance.
Her expertise in due diligence, contracts, and AML compliance (with EFCC training) ensures every transaction is both legally sound and strategically beneficial.
