Njideka has a background in Microbiology and is an alumni of the University of Nigeria Nsukka. However, with varied international certifications in Human Resource Management, Njideka heads this department. Her versatility is harnessed as a great asset for staff recruitment, welfare and retention. In addition to this, she is also a certified Brand Manager and constantly projects Gabadan's brand image to both clients and potential employees. Njideka enjoys motivating members of staff and ensures that they develop themselves to their full potential.
Wumi Adeleke
Legal
Wumi is a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers' Association and an alumni of University of Ibadan. He is a Notary Public for Nigeria and has a wealth of experience which stretches across Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate Practice. A disciplined and meticulous professional, he overseas the day to day functions of the legal department. He ensures that Gabadan complies to all governing laws and regulations. Wumi is happily married.
James Akoji
Projects
A trained and experienced Civil Engineer with various international Project Management certifications to his credit, James heads the Projects department. He is responsible for building and maintaining good working relationships with both contractors and clients, ensuring set goals are met through the maintenance of standard practices and adequate project timelines. He has the ability to maintain quality performance even under pressure. He is also very proficient in risk analysis, quality assurance and status reporting. He is a devoted father and husband.
Patience Abdul
Operations
Patience is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and an alumni of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is also member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors with 5 years hands on working experience as a Senior Operations Officer. Patience approaches all projects in a cognitive, meticulous and diligent manner, with a full technical understanding for quality control as well as organisation and planning skills. She is a big fan of making the work the best it can be, and leading by example. Her hard work ensures that all projects are up to acceptable standards.
Oluwatobi Oke
Services
Oluwatobi is a very proactive Service Engineer who prides himself on hard work and integrity. He has a BSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University and is a graduate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is responsible for designing and supervising of all mechanical and electrical works relating to Gabadan's projects.
